To provide our users with an enhanced experience, NCCER is streamlining many of its processes and systems for accredited organizations. This page guides all program personnel through these changes with the latest updates, important information and helpful resources.
System Downtime In Progress
Effective July 3 through July 19
Click the View All button to view functions that will not be available while we migrate existing data over to our new systems.
Note: This will not affect module testing or assessments.
- Registering new training or assessment sites
- Adding personnel (includes instructors, evaluators, proctors) and craft titles to your organization
- Submitting Performance Verifications (complete all submissions by 7/2, these can be held and submitted after the transition period)
- Master Trainer training submissions (these can be held and submitted after the transition period)
- Department of Corrections training submissions (these can be held and submitted after the transition period)
- Enrolling individuals in online role training courses in the NCCER Learning Management System (LMS) (includes Sponsor Representative, Primary Administrator, Instructor, Proctor, Evaluator)
- In-progress training courses must be completed by 7/19. All incomplete courses will be lost and must be retaken.
- Pipeline and Atmos courses will be available through 7/19.
- Accessing assessment training prescriptions and score reports
- Assessment takers and proctors will be able to see scores on the assessment platform. If training prescriptions are needed during this time, please contact customer service.
- Accessing Quickcheck/bulk verification (online verification will be available)
- Uploading crane photos and applications

FAQs
Can I still create card numbers for my students?
No. Individuals will create their own NCCER Account which includes having an NCCER Number generated for them.
Are Registration and Release forms still required?
Individuals must agree to NCCER’s Terms and Conditions as part of the NCCER Account creation process. Completion of the paper Registration and Release form is no longer required.
Do I need to request print-on-demand services for credentials?
Print-on-demand services are automatically available for individuals to print their own credentials and for organizations to print credentials for their training and assessment programs.
Will NCCER still print credentials and mail them to my organization?
An organization can opt in to have NCCER print and deliver their credentials.
Will NCCER be offering training on the new systems?
While NCCER will not be offering formal ‘system training’, there will be numerous support documents including product tours/videos, how-to documents and infographics.
